SHIPPING POLICY

While most orders are currently shipping within 48-72 hours via USPS Services, the COVID-19 pandemic can cause some orders to be delayed.

Please contact us if you need expedited shipping for your order so that we can discuss the available options and the most economical way to meet your delivery requirements.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS:

We have a 14 day return policy from the day your product has been delivered.

 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, unworn and in it’s original packaging.

and we will provide you with the details of where to send your packaging.

 

Please use tracking when sending your package back, we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 

 

Return labels will be at the customer’s expense for change of mind.

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS:

Please inspect your item upon delivery to confirm that the order is correct and that it has not been damaged. Please reach out to us at faizi@faiziperfumes.com with photos of any issues so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE:

Personalized products and sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES:

Currently we only offer returns, once your returned item has been received and accepted you can place another order for the new item.
